League rules
The policies
01
Attendance & substitutions
You must fill your spot if you cannot attend. The league runs a shotgun start with 9 foursomes — an empty spot breaks the format for everyone.
Your sub pays green fees only. They receive no season points. You find your own sub.
Sub must be confirmed at least 24 hours before tee time so pairings can be updated.
If you cannot fill your spot you receive 0 points for that round. The 0 stands.
More than 2 unexcused absences may result in forfeiture of your spot with no refund.
02
Registration & payment
Your spot is not confirmed until the $99 season fee is received via Zelle. Registration interest alone does not hold a spot.
No refunds once the season begins (after Week 1 tee time).
Green fees are paid directly to the course. Members play at member rate. Non-members pay guest rate.
03
Pairings & format
Pairings are random and final. No swapping groups. The entire point is meeting people you wouldn’t choose yourself.
Cart partner = your teammate. Best ball against the other cart in your foursome, hole by hole, full 9.
Shotgun start at 5:00 PM sharp. Late arrival forfeits that hole (0 points).
04
Scoring & disputes
Win hole = 2 pts. Tie = 1 pt. Lose = 0 pts. Max 18 pts per round, 108 pts per season.
Scorecards submitted same night. No retroactive changes after results are posted.
Tiebreaker at end of season: head-to-head record. If still tied, higher single-round score wins.
05
Pace of play & conduct
Keep pace with the group ahead. Ready golf expected.
Pick up at triple bogey or when your score can no longer help your team.
Any conduct that jeopardizes our relationship with a host course is grounds for immediate removal with no refund.
Post-round is part of the league. Stick around.
06
Prizes & eligibility
Only season pass holders are eligible for prizes. Drop-in players excluded.
You must complete a minimum of 4 of 6 rounds to be prize-eligible.
1st: $1,000. 2nd: $300. All players get a league tee shirt. Prizes awarded at the championship finale.
Spring and summer are independent. Points and prizes do not carry over.
